ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Payment schedule not balanced when MRP change, for a lease with residual value

Summary of Issue:
- when we create a lease with residual value, we expect the pymnt schedule to balanced.
- how I balance my pymnt schedule?
- Sum "obligation reduction" per month for all months from the schedule, and add Residual value to it, should be equal to COST.
- when I add my new lease with residual value, the pymnt schedule is balanced, no issue.
- but when I make a COST change by changing MRP, after that pymnt schedule is NOT balanced.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Payment schedule should be balanced when there is a change in MRP with residual cost.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a lease with residual cost.
2. Provide MRP and calculate the cost.
3. Save the lease.
4. Payment schedule is created.
5. Change the MRP
6. Cost is created, but the payment schedule was not balanced.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add leases with residual cost.
