On : 9.1 version, Workforce Monitoring

Delivered per027.sqr for VETS-4212 report is generating duplicate count for same employee due to incorrect SQL.
SQL in Procedure: Process-Estab-For-New-Hires2

In the above procedure the sql "FROM (PS_PERS_DATA_EFFDT A32 left outer join PS_PERS_DATA_USA A22 ON A32.EMPLID=A22.EMPLID),"
fetching mutiple count for an employee.

SQL in Procedure: Process-Estab-For-New-Hires2 should return the correct count of employees.


1. Go to Biographical>Job Information>Job Data
Employee having multiple rows (4 rows) in Biographical History section
Employee is active and he is “Regular” as of 04/16/2015.
Employee was active and in “Temporary” status as of 10/25/1981
Employee is in the same establishment (KU001) and company (GBI) all the time.
2. In the “Region” page under Country USA section, 4 Rows are present.
3.Go to Workforce Monitoring>Meet Regulatory Rqmts>VETS reports>VETS Analysis
Run report
4. Employee appears twice in the report output.
