Symptoms

When running Periodic Processing or Pension Calculations for Cash Balance Accounts, the process ends with the error "Already using maximum cursors".

ERROR

Application Program Failed
Action Type : SQL SELECT
In Pgm Section : SQLRT: GG100-SQL-CONNECT
Error Message : Already using maximum cursors
Stored Stmt : xxxxxxxxxxxxxx  [Reported Stored Statement varies]

PAPCABAL:PTPSQLRT - Error Encountered
No longer have connection to DB due to an error from previous
action: DISCONNECT. Bypassing current action: ROLLBACK .
Terminating Program.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Run Periodic Processing for Cash Balance for a large group or the full employee population (Navigation: Pension > Periodic Processes > Request Process).

OR

1. Run Pension Calculations for a large group or the full employee population (Navigation: Pension > Calculations > Request Calculation).
