HCM 9.2 Employee Self Service error on using Same As Mine in Emergency Contact Phone Number

Get the following error when clicking on the Same As Mine checkbox on the Emergency Contact Phone Number subpage:

First operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member CopyFieldsTo.

HR_FL.ESS.EmergencyContacts.OnExecute Name:ChangeSamePhoneEmployee PCPC:18611 Statement:370

The first operand of the dot operator is the NULL value, indicating the lack of any object value. As a consequence, the given method or property cannot be used

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Employee Self Service
2. Emergency Contacts
3. Click on the Same As Mine checkbox
