On : 9.2 PUM 17 version, Maintenance Worksheet

Maintenance worksheet takes old effective dated value for entry type.

When we use effective dated row system needs to always take most recent effective dated value.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup financials - product related - receivables - payments - automatic entry type.
2. Choose system function id MT-02 and define WO as entry type with date as 01-01-1900.
3. Add new entry type as WOC with effective date as 01-01-2015.
4. Choose system function id MT-03 and define WO entry type with date as 01-01-1900.
4. Create maintenance worksheet and choose write of debit out entry type as WO system takes system function id as MT-02 rather MT-03.

Wrong system function id is chosen.
