ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
ARUPDATE recalculating Due Date on items that do not fall on holiday or weekend
When ARUPDATE includes transaction that requires holiday/weekend due date calculation, it updates the Due Date for all transactions in the batch even on the ones that should not be recalculated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
ARUPDATE should only update due date for items whose due date falls on a holiday/weekend

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a pending item with due date falls on a holiday/weekend
2. Pay an existing item
3. Run arupdate that would pick up both items

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Due date is being recalculated and it's creating huge reporting and reconciliation issues between BI and AR..
