EMM: PeopleCode Error While Trying To Reply To WO Notes On Service Request Page

A PeopleCode error is displayed while trying to reply to Work Order notes on the service request page.
GetRecord Record "WM_TSK_NOTE_WRK" not found in scroll level 0 (2, 154)
The issue can be replicated by performing the following steps:
#1. User Creates a service request.
#2. Service Request is later converted to a Work Order.
#3. Technician requests information on WO Task Notes.
#4. User opens the SR on my service request page. Sees the comment from technician and clicks on reply button.
#5. System opens up a secondary page where user keys in the response and clicks save.
#6. User receives a Peoplecode error.
