EGL9.2: Allocation Process(fs_allc) Fails At Step FT_TREESEL.uStats.uStats (Doc ID 2154733.1)

When attempting to run the below processes, both are failing with the error mentioned:

- the Allocation process ran to No Success when trying to update statics on a table after applying PUM13;

- the SEC_BLD application engine ran to No Success when tree data ( or some other data) results in table having less than 5000 rows - so UpdateStats is not being called from (FT_TREESEL.Ranges.uStats) (Do When)

Application Engine: FT_TREESEL Section: uStats STEP: uStats Action:SQL
%UpdateStats(%Bind(FT_TSEL_WRK_AET.RECNAME_SEL_TBL, Noquotes))

Exception from Message Log:
Process 445837 ABENDED at Step FT_TREESEL.uStats.uStats (SQL) -- RC = ?

Trace information of the sql that failed:

RECSTATS PS_SAMDIFF_ERROR('UPDATESTATS: Cannot locate record definition') LOW

Steps to Replicate:
1. Navigate to Allocations > Define and Perform Allocations > Request Allocation and run Application Engine program FS_ALLC.
