Ebill 9.2: Cannot Find Disputed Closed Items Through EBill Payment Portal (Doc ID 2155544.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


Closed item can be viewed in Ebill customer portal, but once item is marked as disputed after closing item, it cannot view.
While expected behavior is that all closed item should be visible to customers.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Mark item as disputed and close it.
2. Go to Ebill customer portal under account balance- results- disputed closed item cannot be found.
