Symptoms

On : 9.2 PUM 18 version, Ebill Usability

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cloed item can be view in Ebill customer portal but once item is marked as disputed after closing item it cannot view.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All Closed item should be visible to customer.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Mark item as disputed and close it.
2. Goto Ebill customer portal under account balance. Disputed closed item cannot be found.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Customer should be able to view closed items no matter disputed or not.
