STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Sign in to Application Designer.
  2. Open Record OI_TFLT_ALTACCT. Click on 'Properties' button to open Record Properties: Description and Record Definition is wrong (this record is for Alternate Account, not Account).
  3. Open Record OI_TFLT_BUDREF. Click on 'Properties' button to open Record Properties: Description and Record Definition is wrong (this record is for Budget Reference, not Product).
  4. Open Record OI_TFLT_CF1. Click on 'Properties' button to open Record Properties: Description and Record Definition is wrong (this record is for Chartfield1, not Product).
  5. Open Record OI_TFLT_CF2. Click on 'Properties' button to open Record Properties: Description and Record Definition is wrong (this record is for Chartfield2, not Product).
  6. Open Record OI_TFLT_CF3. Click on 'Properties' button to open Record Properties: Description and Record Definition is wrong (this record is for Chartfield3, not Product).
  7. Open Record OI_TFLT_CLASSFD. Click on 'Properties' button to open Record Properties: Description and Record Definition is wrong (this record is for Class Field, not Product).
  8. Open Record OI_TFLT_FUNDCD. Click on 'Properties' button to open Record Properties: Description and Record Definition is wrong (this record is for Fund Code, not Product).
  9. Open Record OI_TFLT_OPRUNIT. Click on 'Properties' button to open Record Properties: Description and Record Definition is wrong (this record is for Operating Unit, not Account).
  10. Open Record OI_TFLT_PROGCD. Click on 'Properties' button to open Record Properties: Description and Record Definition is wrong (this record is for Program Code, not Product).
  11. Open Record OI_TFLT_PROJID. Click on 'Properties' button to open Record Properties: Description and Record Definition is wrong (this record is for Project, not Department).
