ETL9.2: Incorrect Not Active -- Not Routed Approval Status In PUM 16 Image. (Doc ID 2156570.1)

Symptoms

AWE workflow for Time and Labor that used to work fine having the approvers set to "P" (Pending) in the USERINST table but, since installing the PUM 16 image (and tools 8:55), the same scenario is keeping the approvers as "N" (Not Active -- Not Routed).

Users unable to approve reported time as approval status (Not Active -- Not Routed).

STEPS
-----------------------

The approval workflow is configured to require a single approval stage and single approval by one user within the dynamic group approver list.

All time entries are now getting set to 'Approval in Process', even for users who have access to approve for the dynamic group.

When Manager clicks on the 'Approval in Process' link, it shows that the Status is Pending and Not Routed.

The EOAWSTEP_STATUS on TL_APP_PEND_VW is N (Not active).
