ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Inventory Configurable Item Templates Date Defaults To Business Unit Item Definition Instead of Current Date

The date on the configurable item templates is defaulting to the BU Item current Status date. This is causing issues with new items looking like they have been created in the past. It also defaults to the Business unit Items last cycle date counted which makes it look like the item was cycle counted before it was created as well. Finally, the configurable item template date is being used as the effective date for all of the underlying records that it uses to build the item. So, users have to update the configurable item temple effective date "Daily" to ensure that they are using the latest effective dated records.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Item template
2. Create item
