ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When navigating to FIN > Employee Self-Service > Travel and Expense Center from Interaction Hub Portal, the page is blank. The T&E Center does not load.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The T&E Center should load correctly when navigating from Portal.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Portal
2. navigating to FIN > Employee Self-Service > Travel and Expense Center
Note, this also occur if the user click on the folder icon on the Drop Down Menu
