E-CQ: Getting "Query <query_name> does not exist." Error When Editing A Connected Query Created On A "Process" Query (Doc ID 2156874.1)

Problem statement
------------------------
The following error message is received when trying to edit a connected query:

"Query XRFIELDS does not exist. (XRFIELDS)
Please delete the object and recreate it.”

Steps
----------
In order to reproduce the issue follow the below steps:

1. Login into PIA.
2. Navigate to Home > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Manager.
3. Search for XRFIELDS query and choose to edit it.
4. Go to Query Properties and make sure that Query Type = User.
5. Navigate to Home > Reporting Tools > Connected Query > Connected Query Manager.
6. Create a new connected query based on XRFIELDS query.
7. Save the connected query.
8. Navigate to Home > Reporting Tools > Connected Query > Connected Query Manager and search for XRFIELDS_CQ newly created connected query and click on “Edit” to be able to open and Edit it.
9. Navigate to Home > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Manager.
10. Search for XRFIELDS query and edit it.
11. Go to Query Properties and change it to Process Query (Query Type = Process and Owner = Public).
12. Click OK and save the changes.
13. Navigate to Home > Reporting Tools > Connected Query > Connected Query Manager and search for XRFIELDS_CQ again.
14. Click on “Edit” to be able to open and edit it.
15. Getting the below error:
"Query XRFIELDS does not exist. (XRFIELDS)
Please delete the object and recreate it.”
