“The User Id Being Entered Already Exists" Error For User Id Denied Earlier In Supplier Registration Request (Doc ID 2157391.1)

Symptoms

Issue: In Supplier registration, "User ID entered already exists" error is received for the User id entered in the earlier request which was denied

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1. Register a Supplier.
2. Supplier Registration request goes to approver.
3. Approver denies the request and ask the Requester to resubmit the request with certain changes.
4. Since, there is no option to resubmit the denied request. The Requester creates a new registration request with the same user id which was provided in previous denied request

Observation:
The user got the error that "User ID being entered already exists" and couldn't proceed with registration with that user id.
