E-AD: Changing Operands On The Component Search From "Begins With" To "Contains". (Doc ID 2158257.1)

Goal

There is no flexibility in changing the Operands on PeopleSoft Search fields (On Components).

Several of the transaction ID's (for example, Contract ID) gets auto-generated and almost always begins with preceding zeros.. So, to have an Operand of "Begins With" as a default value (without having the flexibility of changing the default Operand), is causing our end-users to always flip the operand from "Begins With" to "Contains" on all the searched. This is articulated as a pain point by most of our PeopleSoft users.

Is it possible for us to change the default operand on Search fields?
