E-FLUID: How To Use Custom Image on Fluid Tiles? (Doc ID 2159983.1)

Goal

Custom image is loaded in Application Designer and it can be opened within Application Designer.  In the Fluid Tile Wizard, this custom image is not available to choose and use on a Fluid tile. 

Please advise how to leverage custom images on Fluid tiles.
