Symptoms

On : 9 version, Curriculum Management

When selecting the Instructor ID prompt on the Schedule of Class Meetings page, the following error occurs:

'There are no prompt values currently available for this field. (4,4) The prompt table for this field is currently not specified.'

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Curriculum Management > Schedule of Classes > Maintain Schedule of Classes > Meeting.
  2. Click on the instructor ID prompt in the Instructors for Meeting Pattern section.
  3. Error displays.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user cannot add an instructor for some classes.
