Symptoms

ELM 9.2 PUM #13 Upgrade using Peopletools 8.53.26

After applying ELM 9.2 image #13 to our DEMO and DEV environments and executed the CREATEVW.DMS script to rebuild all the views in the database after the maintenance, received
SQL error message.



ERROR:

 - SQL Error. Error Position: 0 Return: 601 - [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]

Invalid object name 'PSCLASSDEFN_LNG'.

Steps to Replicate Issue:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to ELM 9.2 PUM #13 using Peopletools 8.53
2. Execute the CREATEVW.DMS script
