On : 9.2 version, ERMS-MCF-CTI
When the chat session pops to the agent the duration increases about 30 seconds every 2 seconds until the session reaches 20 minutes and times out, and the buttons on the Toolbar do not work.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application as a user and click on the "Chat with Agent" button
2. On the Agent login, chat will be initiated, and the time racing rapidly.
3. Click on any button on the toolbar, it does not do anything
