Service Indicator Icon Overlaps the 3Cs Icon on Financial Aid components (Doc ID 2160422.1)

Symptoms

In Campus Solutions 9.2, the Service Indicator icon overlaps the communications icon on a number of Financial Aid components:

1) Assign Awards to Students
2) Assign Departmental Awards
3) Invoke Professional Judgement
4) Perform Mass Action

This issue is most significant in Internet Explorer (IE) but also manifests, to a lesser degree, in FireFox and Chrome.
