ECM: 'Payment Processed' Icon is Not Enabled for Payments (Settlements) With Status 'Delivered To Bank'. (Doc ID 2161381.1)

Symptoms

 'Payment Processed' icon is not enabled for Payments (Settlements) with status 'Delivered to Bank'.

Steps:
----------
1) Navigate to Cash Management > Settlements > Review Settlements.
2) Search for an existing Settlements which has Status = 'Delivered to Bank'.
3) Click on the Green Circle to review Payment Life Cycle.

Expected result:
---------------------
 'Payment Processed' icon should be enabled.

Actual result:
-----------------
 'Payment Processed' icon is not enabled.
