Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------------------
When testing delegated access, the primary NID flag is not being set to 'Y' after applying CS 9.0 Bundle 41.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------------
When a temporary ID is created using delegated access, and an NID is entered, the primary NID flag is populated as 'Y' in staging and production.


BUSINESS IMPACT
----------------------------------
The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot access records created by delegated access or new user registration as expected.
