Hired & Inactive Statuses Are Not Excluded from the Advanced Search of Search Applicants Page

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While marking ‘Exclude Applicant Status from Search’ for ‘020 Hired’ ,’030 Inactive’ ‘040 Queued’, Search Applicants include those values.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
While marking ‘Exclude Applicant Status from Search’ for ‘020 Hired’ ,’030 Inactive’ ‘040 Queued’ ,shouldn't get get fetched including those value in Search Applicants

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu > Recruiting > Search applicants
Go to ‘Advanced Search’
Mark ‘Applicant Type’ -> ‘Employee’

2. Now ‘Search’ Applicants
