After performing a PeopleTools upgrade, SQR processes are staying at 'initiated' status for a time and then changing to 'error' status.
The following error message is found in the logs:
"Process [Process #] is marked 'Initiated' or 'Processing' but can not detect status of PID"
In the Task manager (of the server where the process scheduler is running) 2 processes can be seen running for a long time (pssqr.exe and sqrw.exe)
