ELM 9.2: SCORM 2004: Duplicate Interactions Generated When Relaunch Content

Symptoms

When Learner launches SCORM 2004 content and re-launches multiple times from the same window, multiple SCORM 2004 Menu frames open
and when Learner completes the Assessment for the content from each of SCORM 2004 Menu frames, generates multiple duplicate rows in table PS_LM_S4_TRACK_INT for same key with different Session IDs
(LM_S4_SQ_SES_ID).  
 
Steps to Replicate:
1. Learner log in as a Learner
2. From Find Learning enroll and launch in Class with SCORM 2004 content.
3. Fail the assessment for the SCORM 2004 content and return to My Learning
4. Then, click the Title of the Class and from Class Progress page, click the re-launch link
5. SCORM 2004 Menu frame open with content and click No on resume, start from the beginning of the Content
6 Then, return to Class Progress page in ELM and click the re-launch link
7.SCORM 2004 Menu frame open with content and click No on resume, start from the beginning of the Content
8. Then, return to the 1st SCORM 2004 Menu frame and continue the course but Not the Assessment.
9. Then, return to the 2nd SCORM 2004 Menu frame and continue the course and completed the Assessment.
10. Then, return to the 1st SCORM 2004 Menu frame and continue the course and completed the Assessment.
11. Then, 2nd SCORM 2004 Menu frame and clicked Exit button in left top corner.
12. Then, 1st SCORM 2004 Menu frame and clicked Exit button in left top corner.
  Notice duplicate rows in table PS_LM_S4_TRACK_INT for same key with different Session IDs.
