Missing SAVE And COMPLETE Buttons Internet Explorer 11

When using Internet Explorer 11 and attempting to access the Other's Performance Documents through Classic Navigation but not from the Navigation Bar, the Save and Complete button are not been displayed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Main Menu -> Self Service -> Performance Management-> Other's Performance Document -> Current Evaluations
