Issue:

Year end close(GLPCLOSE) process fails if
1. Enabled Report Average Balance and Maintain Balances by Date Codes in Ledgers For A Unit
2. Posted journals with ADB date not within the current closing year.

Failed at DYNAMIC Stmt=GLPCPANL_I_FA000
ORA 00904 - A.PERIOD_SEQUENCE : invalid identifier

Steps to Replicate:
---------------------
1. Report ADB and Maintain Balances by Date Code selected on Ledgers for a Unit
2. Request Year End Close in Full mode and run GLPCLOSE COBOL process
