On : 9.2 version, Time Reports
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Activate box appears on Time Report Entry page.
A box title Activate appears on Time Report Entry page but appears to have no function.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If there is no function to that check box, no point in having it displayed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a time report and on the time report creation page, note that there is a Activate check box.
