EBI9.2: No Matching Buffer Found for Level. (15,26) When Delete Invoice Line (Doc ID 2163111.1)

When attempting to delete invoice line,
the following error occurs.

No matching buffer found for level. (15,26)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an invoice with two lines
2. Go to “Supporting Documentation” then “Line Documentation”
3. Attach a file on each line
4. Go back to the invoice and delete one line
5. You can no longer access the supporting documentation for this invoice: No matching buffer found for level. (15,26)
