Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
If an Adjust Accumulated Depreciation transaction (RAD) is performed on an Asset that has been fully transferred using an InterUnit Transfer transaction, the Document Sequencing information is not defaulted and must be entered by the user.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
An asset that has been fully transferred should not be able to have it's accumulated depreciation adjusted.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Add an asset in a business unit that is set up for document sequencing (e.g. FRA01).
2) Transfer all the asset's cost to a new asset in a document sequencing BU (e.g. BLG01).
3) Perform an Adjust Accumulated Depreciation transaction on the original asset that was created in Step 1.

Due to this issue, users can, by error, tray to adjust the accumulated depreciation for an asset that has been fully transferred
