E-WL: Session Data not Saving when using Coherence*Web with Peoplesoft - "Page is no longer available" Messages and/or Users are Sometimes Kicked Back to Search Page

After configuring Coherence*Web in a PeopleSoft environment, the following issues may occur intermittently:
1. User receives the following message while navigating within the PeopleSoft application:
The page is no longer available. To continue, return to your most recent active page or select one of the navigation icons in the header above
2. User is kicked back to search page (with no error issued). This issue is more likely to occur when using functionality that opens a new browser window.
When the above issues occurs, there is typically a "no states available on a post request" message logged to the web server PIA_servlet log.
