EAP: ExcelToCI Giving Error Account cannot be blank For TAX_CODE_VAT CI (Doc ID 2164128.1)

When uploading VAT Code data using the delivered ExcelToCI template for the Component Interface TAX_CODE_VAT, the following errors are received:

#1 - Account cannot be blank! (5000,192)
#2 - Error saving Component Interface. {TAX_CODE_VAT} (91,37)
#3 - Error saving Component Interface. {TAX_CODE_VAT}

When the same data is entered online or using the Application Designer Test Component Interface Tool, the code is created successfully.
