Open Jobs Tile Shows Wrong Count

Open Jobs Tile in Fluid Manager Self Service shows incorrect number of Job Openings if job openings have multiple hiring managers.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.) Log in to Environment/Manager Self Service Fluid Home Page and make a note of the number of Open Jobs on the Open Jobs Fluid Tile.
2.) Click the tile to bring up the Open Jobs List.
3.) Click on any Job Opening
4.) Click Details, then click Hiring Team
5.) Add More Hiring Managers.
6.) Return to the Manager Self Service Fluid Home page and observe that the number of Open Jobs on the Open Jobs Fluid Tile has increased by the number of Hiring Managers you added.
