ELM 9.2: Program Auto Registration Fails if Approval Required for a Class (Doc ID 2164179.1)

Symptoms

Learners are not registered for certification programs with approval required after approval is granted or after enrollment in a class with auto registration for the certification. 

1. Log in as a Learner
2. Navigate to Employee Self Service tile >Learning tile,  Find Learning section, enter a specific Course and {click} Search button
3. Enroll in a Class for a certification program with approval required
