Goal

We do believe that Payable Time approvals does use this table. Can you please explain how the approvals work for time that has been updated in the past. For example, if an employee has a new Reports To manager on 01/15/2016, but the timesheet is modified for 01/02/2016, when the payable time is created through TimeAdmin, will it route to the current manager or the old manager? We found that a reversal was routed to the original manager, but the new time that was created routed to the new manager. Can you please explain in detail how the workflow validates against this table, and any relationship to effective dates.
