Are there any issues with having 2 different currencies in JOB vs COMPENSATION?
In this case, Employee compensation in JOB_DATA is set to USD. For Time&Labor, estimates are posted using USD from JOB. In Global Payroll processing, currency is converted from USD to AOA. In Project Cost module and Financials, T&L is USD and payroll is AOA. When Project Cost Module creates the TLB delta between T&L and PAY, it does not calculate the difference correctly.
In HCM, would like to keep COMPENSATION in USD and change the Currency of Pay Rates to AOA. So that when CALCULATE COMPENSATION is clicked, it will write AOA to the JOB table. With this, T&L will use AOA from JOB as TL Estimates and Global Payroll will calculate in AOA. In the Project Cost module, there will be only one currency and the TLB delta will be computed correctly.
