HCM 9.2 Employee Self Service Future-dated Address Changes Causes Program Error when "Allow DB Update" is ON.

HCM 9.2 Employee Self Service future-dated address changes causes program error

logged into Demo database as PS, navigated to the Employee Self Service Personal Details page and added a future-dated address. Saved the address and logged out. Logged back in and navigated to the edit page for the current address. I made a change to the address and clicked save. A program error occurred, displayed in the attached popup window. The same error occurs when I update the future-dated address.

P.S. we set up the ESS Address workflow configuration to allow DB update.

"Field does not exist -- HR_LBL_WRK.HR_EMAIL_SUBJECT.


A reference to a record.field name was made and the record.field name was not found to exist...."

1. Login HCRUSA_KU0007 & click on Personal Details
2. Click on existing Mailing address, update Change As Of date to a future date, e.g. 01/01/2016 and click Save
3. New mailing address is created
4. Click on current mailing address and update the address
5. observe error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change address.
