EGL9.1+: While Adding New Chartfields Encountered "The new prompt table name for <New CF Name> already exists in database. (9050,25)" (Doc ID 2166555.1)

Symptoms

Issue:
------

Unable to add a new chartfield on the advanced CF configuration page. Encountered a message : "The new prompt table name for xxxx already exists in database. (9050,25)" not able to proceed further.


Steps to replicate:
-------------------
1. Navigate to Main Menu> Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Design ChartFields > Configure > Advanced Configuration
2. Click on 'Add New ChartField' Button.
3. On the next pop-up select Type of ChartField as 'Standard' & click OK.
3. Fill the New Cf name, Field length, Long name , short name.
4. Fill new prompt table names in the new name column of Prompt Tables grid & Click OK

Actual Behavior
------------------

The new prompt table name for <New CF Name> already exists in database. (9050,25)


Expected Behavior
--------------------

No message should appear & new chartfield should be added on the Advanced CF configuration page.
