When AMDPCALC SQR is executed with the -debugT parameter, the following error occurs.

Calculate Depreciation - 9.2
Program Started at 22-DEC-2015_10:50:27.000000_AM
(SQR 5528) ORACLE OCIStmtExecute error 1821 in cursor 164: ORA-01821: date format not recognized
Error on line 175: (SQR 1939) Problem executing cursor.
SQR for PeopleSoft: Program Aborting.

1) PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Processes > Process Name = AMDPCALC >> Override Options page > Parameter List Append -debugT
2) Run the Depreciation Calculation Process. Navigation: Asset Management > Depreciation > Processing > Calculate

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot debug the Depreciation Calculation Process.
