On : 9.1 version, Interface

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Page RUN_CA_BI displays incorrectly in IE. No functionality loss. Page should display correctly in certified browser.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Process As Incurred Billing page should display the contents correctly without alignment issues.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In IE 11.0, Navigate to Customer Contracts > Schedule and Process Billing > Process As Incurred Billing
2. See that there are alignment issues with the sections.
