Issue:

When attempting to run Spreadsheet Journal Import in batch or online to import multiple journals & there's at least one invalid journal, Valid Journals skipped along with invalid ones.
Error:
-------
Journal xxxxxxxxxx has error. Skip this journal and continue.
Skipped journal line with warning : 1047 (00000, xxxxxxxxxx,Journal Line No: 0,2016-06-30) - : Invalid Account value 100005.
Processing file e:\testdir\filename2.xml ...
Journal xxxxxxxxxa has error. Skip this journal and continue.
Process completed successfully with 0 journals imported.
Imported these journals: System ID (Unit, Journal ID, Date) Reference, Description

Steps To Replicate:
-----------------------
1. Create journal spreadsheet journal entries, one journal with invalid data, and save to xml files
2. Run custom process (or do manually) to load all xml filename into one file, say called INDEX.TXT
3. Navigate to General Ledger > Journals > Import Journals > Spreadsheet Journals
4. Select Skip for "If Journal Already Exists" and "If Journal is Invalid"
5. Attach file INDEX.TXT
Same issue is also replicated for online import( By clicking 'Import Now' button on Spreadsheet)
