Symptoms
In Firefox 45.2.0, Life Events, dependent entry:
'First name' identifier for text box entry is mis-aligned, showing too far right of the box.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Start a life event where a new dependent will be added
2. Progress to the step where the dependent's name and demographics will be added
3. Review how the page renders - field's descr is on the far right, rather than being on the left of the applicable text box
