EBI9.1: Brazilian Localization - Repair Tree Process Gets Error on QUERY_TREE_BI

On 9.1 Brazil localization version, Integration with upstream products, when attempting to change anything in the QUERY_TREE_BI in Query Access Manager page,
the following error occurs.

09:41:03.063 Process X ABENDED at Step TREEMAINT02X.UPDNODES.PARENT (Action SQL) -- RC = 1407
-- 09:41:03.159 SQL Error: ORA-01407: cannot update ("SYSADM"."PSTREENODE"."PARENT_NODE_NUM") to NULL

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Access Tree Manager > Tree Utilities > Repair Tree
  2. Fill in the node and the tree utility and run process
