Inbound ITEM_PRICELiST_LOAD XML iport does not load data for segments ITMLOAD_PUR_SEG and ITMLOAD_VND_SEG.

Segment ITMLOAD_INV_SEG is loaded.

Steps to Reproduce Issue:

1. Supplier sends ITEM_PRICELIST_LOAD XML

2. Process inbound ITEM_PRICELIST_LOAD XML transactions by running inbound file publish (EOP_PUBLISHF) process

Navigation: Enterprise Components, Integration Defintions, Inbound File Publish.

3. Date for segment ITMLOAD_INV_SEG is loaded.

4. Data for segments ITMLOAD_PUR_SEG and ITMLOAD_VND_SEG are not loaded.
