Symptoms

Encountered below error while adding an attachment to a Journal entry.



Steps to replicate:

1. Navigate Main Menu>General Ledger>Journals>Journal Entry>Create/Update Journal Entry. Add a new journal entry.
2. On that page, there is a link to Add Attachment. Click on that link and then browse for the location to select a file to upload.




Changes

 Password changed/expired for FTP server.
