Symptoms

When the system contains 300+ values and the field is set up as dropdown and not as lookup, the drop down box is not able to load all the values and triggers the below warning message:

If the user clicks OK and ignores the Warning Message only the 300 values will be displayed, the rest of them will not be included for the selection.

Steps to replicate the issue:

  1. Create 300+ values for Sections/Template Definitions in ePerformance

Set Up HCM > Product Related > ePerformance > Document Structure >Section Definition

Set Up HCM > Product Related > ePerformance > Document Structure >Template Definition

      2. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up HCM > Product Related > ePerformance > Document Structure > Template Definition :  Select a template definition > Navigate to Structure Tab : while trying to select one of the Section Type the warning message is displayed

      3. Navigate to Main Menu > Workforce Development > Performance Management > Performance Document > Create Documents : create Performance Documents by using group ID, select the Document Type (this will enable the Template ID field) and while trying to select one of the Template IDs, the Warning message pops up
