This PY_PYBL_TM_WRK is more like a shadow table for TL_PAYABLE_TIME.

Can anyone explain to me how this table is populated (INSERT INTO PS_PY_PYBL_TM_WRK ...) at the TL Load to Payroll process. I have done a "Find In .." in Peoplecodes and SQLs and also a search in the *.DMS for the cobols. Nothing has come up as how this table is populated to begin with for the cobol processing in PSPLDTL1/2/3 later.

We have found an issue in our HCM91 environment in which a monthly employee who was terminated on 2016-04-02 and later on rehired on 2016-04-11. The first employment was paid from T&L to Payroll using an on cycle. Then the second employment was paid from T&L to Payroll and then using an off cycle of the same run id. Yet it was found that the some T&L hours from 2016-04-11+ were recorded in the off cycle pay with earnings begin/end dates on 2016-04-02. We are trying to follow the cobol PSPLDTL2 and would like to know what is in the PY_PYBL_TM_WRK at the time.
