Goal

Using the PT 8.55.08 DPK for Windows Native OS, created a tools only directory and setup a APP/PRCS/WEB.
In the PSFT_CUSTOMIZATIONS.YAML, specified the PS_CONFIG_HOME as "E:/PSOFT/PT85508_CONFIG/PHIRETST".
The WEB Server put the information in the correct directory, but the APP and PRCS used the C:\USERS\.... folder.
How can I use my override in the DPK YAML file to put my APP/PRCS where I want it to be, not in the C:\USERS folder?
