Services Procurement (sPro) Work Orders Not Allowing Lower Case Users in Engagement Manager Field (Doc ID 2171804.1)

Symptoms

Employee & Contractor IDs with lower case letters are not able to be entered in the Engagement Manager field. When entering the Engagement Manager the lookup will show the lower case users, but then will make it upper case when saving resulting in error:

ERROR
"Invalid value -- press the prompt button or hyperlink for a list of valid values (15,11)

STEPS
1) Navigate to Services Procurement -> Manage Service Work Orders
2) Click on Add button
3) Click on the look-up for the "Engagement Manager" to replace the defaulted entered user
4) Look-up displays available users with lower case ids (we have lower case prefix)
5 select any user id
